First People's Jewelers exist to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified below, your
purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 5 days from the original purchase date by the
original client when accompanied with the sales slip. Store credit is permitted within 30 days of
purchase. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box
with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Sale items, special orders, modified items
(including sizing) and/ or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift recipients will be
issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash

Credit card sales will be credited only to the original card charged. Cash sales will be paid by
company check, within 5 business days. Check sales will be paid by company check, 14 days from
deposit date.

We regret that special orders are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made.
All special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry,
gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the client's request.

Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished by First People's Jewelers for
a specific client. As such, all custom jewelry is non-refundable, and requires a 25% non-
refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made by First People's Jewelers
to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of
custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction. Minor adjustments, such as ring sizing
or texturing, will gladly be made by First People's Jewelers to accommodate the wearer at either
a modest fee or at no charge depending on the work involved.

Most items may be put on layaway for a maximum of 120 days. A minimum deposit of 25% is
required. Layaways are NOT returnable. The deposit is non-refundable. Canceled layaways are
subject to a 25% restocking fee with the remaining balance issued in a store credit.

No returns or exchanges are permitted. I understand the watch is pre-owned and may not have
all the original parts, or paperwork.

Returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee.
